SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA

For orders of SGD 150 / MYR 350 and above, complimentary free shipping is now available. Deliveries to Singapore and Malaysia are facilitated by DHL eCommerce or Ninja Van and will generally arrive in 2-5 days for West Malaysia and 3-7 days for East Malaysia and Singapore.
For smaller purchases, shipping fees will be calculated by size & weight. The final charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All international orders are shipped via DHL with a projected delivery window of 3-7 days. Shipping fees will be calculated by size & weight, final charges will be displayed at the checkout. Currently, we are sending to countries across two distinct zones.

Zone 1: Australia, The Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam & United States

Zone 2: Thailand, Japan, Korea & Taiwan

Certain countries may offer only certain products. To view available items, kindly select your currency and country in the top right corner of the website.

 

TRACKING

You can monitor your order's progress on the order status page. Please note that orders placed after business hours on Fridays, holidays or over the weekend will be processed within the next business day.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes placed on international orders. Raised By Waves must declare full monetary value on all international shipments and we recommend checking with your local postal or customs authority prior to purchase for further information.

 

We do not take responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit; we thank you for your understanding.

Return & Exchange

Before you buy, kindly take note of the item with the below remark on the product page in the product description section.
  • “This Item Is Non Returnable or Exchangeable” is strictly not returnable or exchangeable.
  • “The Item Is Exchangeable” is allow for exchange of store credit. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used to buy any item from our website.
All gift cards cannot be returned. 
All discounted items however are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy. That would means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange. We do not provide direct exchanges at the moment. However, you can return your item(s) for store credit, which can then be used to repurchase your preferred size or style. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used to buy any item from our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unwashed, and in its original packaging & tags.

To start a return, you can write to us at return@raisedbywaves.co.

  1. Send us an email with the title of <Return - Order #>
  2. We’ll then share you an address to send your return package which currently located in Malaysia or Singapore
  3. On the day we receive your return package, we will immediately issue you the store credit

Expenses of shipping carrier are to be borne by customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur during transit. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

STORE CREDIT (IN FORM OF GIFT CARD)

Once the return is confirmed, store credit will be issued in form of Gift Card. You will receive a unique code in your email. To redeem the value of a Gift Card, you just need to enter its unique code at checkout. A Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. The Gift Card has no expiration date, only when the balance reaches 0, then the Gift Card will no longer be usable. You can always check the Gift Card balance on the Gift Card page.
